How Double Digit Media handles the details you share with us. Last updated October 2026.
Double Digit Media (DDM) is a Zambian-owned digital marketing and strategy studio. For anything about your personal information, email info@doubledigitmedia.com.
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive your name, email address and message, plus anything else you choose to add: your business or organisation, phone or WhatsApp number, location and the service you are interested in. If you email, call or message us directly, we receive the details you send.
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice our work. We do not sell your details, add you to mailing lists without asking, or use them for advertising.
Enquiries are delivered to our business email and logged in a private spreadsheet, both on Google Workspace. The website is hosted on Cloudflare and loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means those providers process basic technical data such as your IP address. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months unless you become a client, after which we keep the records the law requires.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics in future, we will update this notice.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted, in line with Zambia’s Data Protection Act, 2021 and Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019. Email info@doubledigitmedia.com and we will reply within one working day.
